Terrible place to scrap car ! Stay far away! Had to fight for 2 months with them (the owners/husband and wife) and their excuses, in the end I just said I would come and get the car if they didn't pay. Ended up having to go out there and witness that the transfer took place as well as a receipt for it. Very bad style and bad lying service - 0 stars

Stay far away from here.. Unbelievably bad service.. cheated with the price "promise something but pay something else"" .. furthermore.. - during scrapping promised to put aside the brand new tires that were on the car, but after 2.5 months they wrote that I could get out there, even though there were no tires and rims anyway??? 😳 .. now I wait a bit to see what they find out.. My Desktop in 2020, and still no responses ???? it has now been 1 year, when I have contacted myself by phone and in writing more than 15 times, they keep talking behind their lips ..but nothing happens...Strange way of doing business??.. stay far away from this business if you want to avoid waste of time and cheating !!!!!! If there was an option for 0 stars - I would give it

Bad experience. Handed my car in for scrap six months ago. It went perfectly and received good treatment in that connection. However, no money subsequently entered my account. Since then, I have pushed for it 8 times and finally got DKK 1,500 transferred. I still need to get DKK 500, as they had promised. And now they don't call back anymore. Totally laughable!!!

I would definitely recommend not scrapping your car at Søborg Autoophug, as they promise a scrapping premium of 2000, the 1500 kr from the environmental agency and 500 kr from the company. They choose to keep the DKK 500 themselves, no matter how much you apply. After 6 to 8 conversations with the company, I have not yet received my DKK 500, which they otherwise promise to send immediately after each conversation. Cheating and deception. Sincerely.

Bad experience. Scrapped my car 3 weeks ago. Was promised DKK 2000 within eight days, but has not yet received the money. Despite repeated inquiries where they promise to call back, they do not. Haven't received the money either from the Ministry of the Environment and Food (Environmental Agency) or Søborg Autoophug. Can't recommend Søborg Autoophug!

I have scrapped several cars at Søborg Autoophug. I have only had positive experiences. After a week I received DKK 2200. from the Danish Environment Agency - exactly as promised.
