Thieves with licence!! I wish I can take my one star away and give it none. I paid for a dækhotel to keep my summer dæk there, but when I called to book time, to change tires, they said they don't have it. I regret that I did not take a copy of the paper document I signed with my full information in it. But they take advantage of a foreigner and customer's trust with a fake smile. Now I lost 4 summer dæk that could have costed a lot of money.

One star is too much. So bad service, have waited 2.5 hours to change 4 tires. They forgot to put my plug back on my tire. Got a price for 4 new normal quality tires from them for about DKK 8,000 including installation, but I myself bought the best quality tires you can get for DKK 2,500 online. Never get service out there, plus I will contact Falk so they can remove them as a cooperative workshop. They have not put a water or coffee in their waiting room because customers are not that important to them.

Can't recommend, make sure you get an estimate and that they stick to it. Update, the owner has called and threatened legal action if I didn't remove my review.

Have had the timing belt changed on my Volvo V40 CC from 2015, it was a very positive experience. When I picked up the car they showed me pictures of their work so I could see the new parts that went into it, I've never experienced that anywhere else, I appreciate that. The work was at a good price (half of what an authorized workshop charges) and all in all I was very satisfied, recommendation from here.
