Hopelessly long waiting time to change to winter tires despite an appointment. It shouldn't take approx. 2 hours. In addition, it is almost impossible to find a parking space.

Audi's service is under all criticism in Hillerød! The car is now more than 2 weeks late than the promised time for when it would be finished and has just been told it is a further 2 weeks late because they have not yet discovered what equipment is in the car. In addition, the one clerk is very unprofessional and speaks very condescendingly to customers. It is strongly considered whether I will have a car made here again.
