This review is for the Valby location only, I had great experiences in other ViaBiler centers. I've been here 6 times before deciding to start going to a different ViaBiler, although much further from where I live. Some of the reasons for my review include: - The staff is generally not service minded at all, some have a full on arrogant attitude. - Almost every single time I've been there have been small or big mistakes, either with the appointment, with how the car had to be serviced, etc. - In four different sessions they were not able to fix a problem that a different mechanic managed (at the second try). I'm sure there are also very good people working there, but that's not what I came across in my experience.

Unprofessional, entitled, and arrogant staff, give lowball offers. Just go to Randers, Kolding, or Århus if you want to buy or sell a Toyota. They offered 70,000dkk for a 2021 Aygo with 27,000km with an automatic transmission. I received an offer meanwhile of 110,000dkk in Randers and Århus. The salesman tried to explain how the new AygoX is better so as if now the 2021 Aygo is basically worthless. Extremely low standards of service and basic market information on value of automobiles.

Was on holiday in Denmark and needed my car fixed. Called in advance and agreed about replacing the broken part, time and cost. It was a 15 min work according to the person i talked with on the phone. When i showed up they didnt have time to fix my car... even though we had an agreement. Do not recommend. Highly unprofessional.
