Through Dinero and Så collectia and so on to Ve's lawyers, I had to recover my first non-payment. There has been no guidance, no overview of what it cost. I ended up paying more for recovery than the bill was on and no bill paid. it is never possible to recover amounts below 30k, you should very much like to tell future customers that, instead of convincing them that it is a good idea. update: I have paid the following to ves Invoice 153967 DKK. 2,275.00 ex. VAT Invoice 156862 DKK. 2,600.00 ex VAT Invoice 160565 DKK. 2,000.00 ex VAT Invoice 163,779 DKK. 1,300.00 ex VAT Invoice 167007 DKK. 325.00 ex VAT Invoice 170413 DKK. 800.00 ex VAT I have recovered DKK 8800 from the customer and have received DKK 4200 myself after collectia just took half. get the money from the customer before performing a service or write them off when they don't pay.

Threatened with debt collection even though the payment had been made 1.5 months before. In addition, in the debt collection letter, they had given 10 days for the payment to be due, but sent the letter as regular mail so when it was received it was the day they were supposed to receive the payment at the latest and the bank was closed. Disturbed and very unprofessional that a lawyer's office can have such poor control over their procedures
