I have eaten at UMI quite a few times, and I am really impressed. The concept is all-you-can-eat, and the quality of the sushi surpasses Karma Sushi, Sticks & Sushi, and many other sushi places I have visited in Copenhagen. First of all, the service is super fast—from ordering to receiving the food, there are only a few minutes, even when they are super busy. The pieces of sushi and sashimi are well-balanced, with not too much rice and the perfect amount of fish. Additionally, the place offers fun cocktails and Mochi (at an additional cost) for dessert. I hope that this place maintains its quality and prices because it is truly a bargain.

Great food~ but the service was a bit lacking, not sure if it was just the day I went or not. But shouldn't take 5 min to get a soy plate, that was missing in the setting. Could have been great with 1 more waiter, as some of them had to run around. Also it's quite dark, a lot of dimmed lights. But this is down to a personal preference.

The best sushi experience in Copenhagen, I’ll come back. Tak for mad. Update: I'll take two stars due to the fact that I was pressured to leave my table, the service wasn’t as good as it used to be. I like to eat there once a month at least, and yesterday I had a horrible experience for the first time. I think I won’t come back.

Delicious Ad Libitum sushi. Good variety of options. Fresh salmon and tuna. Amazing decoration that helps to create the idea that the place is bigger than it actually is.

Very good sushi, but the service is questionable. I had a reservation, but no menu or service until after 15 minutes when i personally went to ask for a menu and iPad. Food was very good, though the lamb chops were smaller than at their other location.

I love UMI sushi, but I think they become really expensive. One time I came with my brother to introduce him to UMI, and we finished eating somewhere between 3:15-3:30 and we stopped ordering but were just sitting and chitchatting. We asked for the receipt at 4:03 and were charged for 275 kr libitum! This ruined my experience with them, and now I don’t go there as often.
