Only sends an invoice after a year, even if you have written and called to advance the invoice many times in vain. The unsympathetic owner Christian subsequently calls with a very sour regurgitation that you give your honest opinion online. Unpleasant and sad! No customer understanding. The work itself performed fairly satisfactorily. Obviously won't be using them or the company's business partners again! Cannot be recommended.

Delivers a poor assignment and never calls back. Hiding behind expensive bills 5th of June. Smederupgaard chooses to construct a new reality where they try to avoid bad reviews. This is what happens when talent is not enough.. The fact is that since the work has been carried out on my holiday home and I received the invoice, I have sent 4 emails asking to be contacted because of the rubbish they had done on my walls which cost DKK 10,000 to fix. I have contacted them by phone 3 times and left a message with no response. The first time I called I got the message that it would be 2-3 months before I would hear anything. Therefore, we chose to withhold payment from the owner, who by the way never responded to our inquiries. This just emphasizes even more strongly the importance of this review.

Had to remove my solar collectors on the roof, they were not emptied completely, and liquid has leaked onto the ceiling and destroyed my living room ceiling.. Was promised to be contacted by Christian's insurance company, to fix the damaged ceiling.. that's it to be 2 years ago and 2 phone messages ago and nothing has happened yet..
