I had bought a new toilet that Claes had to install. It just didn't have the right lock. Claes immediately drove to his supplier and picked up the same model (at a sharp price) with a real lock, so that the toilet could be installed the same day. Great service!

I needed 24/7 service on Dec 24 when the ground water started to rise in my basement. Claes Skov there was flux with an emergency pump ..... so I avoided flooding :-) Go service, I could spend Christmas with peace of mind.

There was no heat in the house and it was -10 degrees outside. I called Solex VVS at approx. 21 in the evening. 15 minutes later the plumber was there and within max. half an hour later we had heat again in all the radiators.
