POOR SERVICE and POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE. LIES to one's face. Had the brakes done on the family's shared car, at the same time as he had it INSPECTION. Subsequently howls and causes the steering wheel to shake when decelerating at highway speed (110-120 can also be felt at lower speeds, of course not nearly as clearly). Drives it down again 3 months after which he first tells me that there was nothing wrong with it, and then 3 different "mechanics" give explanations why it is NOT the brakes that are the problem. AMONG OTHER THINGS. that the bearing ball had now gone?! 3 months after SYN! I ask him to keep it for a few extra days because he clearly has not examined it properly, because it has nothing to do with the ball bearing. For 1 WHOLE week I can't reach him (he even rejects some of my calls outright), after which my grandmother calls from her LANDLINE phone and only then does he pick up. She asks about the car and after a lot of fiddling with the other one, the mechanic says "well, I'll just have to look at it". The day he calls my GRANDMOTHER, not me, which wasn't the deal, and says "you can just pick up the one, there's nothing wrong with it"!! Magen has not heard of bad service for a long time. There are plenty of other mechanics in the area (just drive 30 meters further around Raasigvangen) with much better service. Stay away from Michael Kolind Pedersen, Slangerup Autoservice.
