Hotel room was okay, pretty standard with no bathtub. The spa was nice but very strong body odor in some areas. Acoustics was not good between the spa and lower level gym. When we were doing a guided meditation in the soft sauna room, we could hear the music from the gym floor below, which was distracting. Restaurant and restaurant service were good, and breakfast was nice. Hotel service was lacking. We were not offered towels from the spa reception, just sauna cloths. We got the fire and ice facial treatment, the service people were nice but the masks were so-so and overpriced. There were no signs for the room offered to indicate the need for cleaning or sleeping in - and the housekeeper knocked on our door very early in the morning and woke us up the first day. We had let the front desk staff know about this issue, and it happened again the next day with another housekeeper who knocked on our door and even opened the door himself. Total invasion of privacy. Overall, we feel we would not return to this hotel.

A nice spa hotel in a good location. Lots of different spa options and also a smaller gym, many activities possible, including a swim in Øresund. Good food as well. The rooms are somewhat dated but we weren’t there to hang around in the room anyway. Decent amenities such as slippers and robes. Ambience: 5/5 Rooms: 3/5 Food: 5/5 Spa: 5/5 Gym: 3/5

Stunning hotel and spa. One of the better spa hotels I have stayed at. We felt so relaxed and calm after our visit to the spa. The rooms are spacious and the view is absolutely beautiful. Small issues with noise disturbance that was handled in a good manner. The staff is very professional and friendly.

A beautiful place, with great view and location. Just few steps from the sea side in a really calm area. The spa is very nice, rooms are clean and well equipped. Food is ok, not too much choice for a breakfast but it’s tasty. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to relax in a beautiful place with amazing surroundings.

A great hotel outside Copenhagen. After exploring, getting wild in Copenhagen, this hotel is a must to go place to recover. The spa is great, and the breakfast is better. The staffing was amazing.
