Had a really good first experience with the place, but unfortunately they promised to call back and tell me what was wrong with the car....after several days I had to get hold of them myself...and they couldn't find the fault...so they needed more time. However, I was offered a loaner car for part of the period. But again I was promised info about errors and what it will cost. I did that after just 14 days. However, not as an option to choose another workshop....more of an observation. And at that point I just want my car back. Really poor communication and the kindness that was shown at the beginning they could not live up to in any way...there was no information unless I called myself and called for info. Although they kept sucking that DR would call back. Only after 14 days when the workshop calls. And one single time when the seller called. The other times I had to grab them. Would not recommend them again.

Good service. I have used Skoda Copenhagen several times. Last service I had created my request incorrectly, or Skoda had inspected it incorrectly, so my offer did not hold, more work had to be done on my car and the price would increase. Skoda chose to carry out a full service and match my first offer, so I got good treatment and will come again
