Great italian restaurant...Food is a mixed bag in quality, some OK and some really good. I recommend the lemon tart, most of the pizzas and the espresso. .the service is really good though and prices are very fair which is why I recommend this restaurant

Lovely! A cozy restaurant with good food. We had a reservation at 5:30pm on a Monday. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and almost full when we left. So come early if you’d like some peace and quiet! We’d recommend getting the burrata starter! Probably the best thing on the menu! The rest of the food salame pizza, limone and steak was great as well! A starter, two mains and one dessert was enough to make two people full. Will definitely visit again!

The staff were helpful and attentive. The food was delicious but a bit too salty for our taste.

Scarpetta used to be a 5/5 but is now a 3/5. Quantity over quality nowadays. Very generous portions but not delicious as they used to be. The tables are extremely squeezed making it a challenge to zigzag your way through without knocking something over or bumping into someone's shoulder. Waiters are not very attentive as you have to ask to refill the water bottles and to remove empty plates. Our starters were great (carpaccio and shrimps with fresh tomatoes and basil), however, the mains (anchovies pizza and rigatoni with lamb) were a huge disappointment. The anchovies and lamb were equally difficult to locate and they topped both the pizza and the pasta off with a mountain of parsley (photo for reference). Desserts were mediocre. This was our third time at Scarpetta and it has changed dramatically for the worse. Not sure we will return.

Beautiful interior and atmosphere, staff were super friendly. Had some complications with our order but staff rectified it with no issues. Really appreciate seasonal menus with locally sourced produce which Scarpetta does perfectly. We had 3 courses each, starters- bruscetta with beef tartare and parmesan. Burrata with olive oil and bread. Mains- Tagliatelle with duck thigh and tuscan kale. Grilled beef with mushroom and watercress. Desserts- Lemon meringue pie. Tiramisu. The whole meal was perfect, the wine list is small but overall had lots of variety to choose from

Delicious. Great food and impeccable service. The carpaccio was fresh and the burrata was super soft. Definitely worth it to get the 3-course menu if you’re hungry, the plates are not huge and I feel I would have still been hungry if I only ate a pasta dish. The rigatoni was perfectly cooked and in a delicious sauce. Sauce on the ravioli was incredibly well done as well. They provide focaccia bread at the table as well which is nice and soft though not warm. The salami pizza was good, but not amazing. Definitely recommend the limone dessert, scrumptious lemon meringue though a fairly brittle crust. Would return with friends.

Good authentic Italian food. It taste like homemade pasta (it most probably is). I had the tagliatelle with morels. It was good! I recommend. However, next time I go there I will order a pizza because they looked amazing. Just right amount of food, not too little and not too much. Their white house wine is very good. A bit loud and warm inside but that was no problem. Cosy atmosphere!

I had such high expectations, as I love the other restaurants of Cofoco. We came at 19 and had 3 courses, it wasn’t a busy day and it wasn’t crowded, yet the tables were ridiculously close to each other. I agree with other reviewers saying quantity over quality, because we could have had half of the appetizer, main and dessert and still been full. We had to tell the waiters that they could take our plates, and we sat with finished plates for quite some time, with no one to take them or give us the next dish. We also had to ask for refill of water and ask if we can have more to drink, the waiters were not attentive what so ever… the lemon meringue pie that is so highly spoken about was extremely sour and not tasty. This place has a lot of potential, but as of right now I won’t come back.
