Fantastic experience. Got a bagel menu, super sweet staff who really listen to your order and incredibly polite. The food tasted exquisite and there was nothing to put a finger on. Really delicious that they toast the bun and fry the turkey bacon while you stand there 🙏🏼

Bagel ok - fair standard. Bad service in return, had to buy a bagel for DKK 55, of which I gave DKK 39. in cash and wanted to pay the last DKK 16. on the card. The guy behind the till mumbles a number (I think he said 26 kroner) and gets the terminal ready. I am not allowed to see the amount it says on the terminal and therefore pay. When I get out, I check in my online bank and see that he has entered neither DKK 16 nor DKK 26, but DKK 56. When I come back to get my DKK 40. back, I get DKK 30 instead. back, but chose to leave it at that… If you want to be cheated, you have to go there :-) I would have given less if I could.

Confirms online order for 8 bagels and says it takes over 1 hour to make. Calls 15 minutes later and says he can't make the order today because he's busy and doesn't have enough goods. Too bad.

They accept orders for delivery one hour later. When the hour is up, they call and say that it has received another larger order that they would rather deliver to. Ridiculous place. - EDIT And yes, it fits 100%, which of us is lying now champion? You called exactly at the time of delivery and said you had received a large order and therefore could not deliver before 30 minutes (not 20 minutes). You didn't think it would have been relevant to call before the delivery time? Also, my bagels were completely burnt the last time I got food from you guys. Get your house in order.
