Losing my package from adidas says they have been to my address and left it at the front door. Have a camera at the site and no Postnord car has driven past the time they said they delivered the package. They say there is nothing to do and that I should grab Adidas instead.

Located on the 1st floor inside Kvickly in the farthest corner, rather far away when you come only to pick up a package and are forced to wade through the entire store. During the fixed opening hours, there are staff, and outside of these you have to get hold of a Kvickly employee, which is rare to find anywhere on the floor, after which you have to go downstairs again to contact customer service, and hope that someone will show up an employee up. Even if you are affiliated with the post office, it is not uncommon for your packages to be sent to another post office, but this is more of a general problem with PostDanmark. It is of course good to have a post office in town, but it could easily be done better.
