I had bought wind visors for my car, from an online store. I had explicitly told the online store that my car was the newest model (Hyundai i20 2021), because on there website the option was "2015 - " and they answered me that the "-" means that it is from 2015 until today. I received the wind visors and guess what...They were for another model or even car. They didn't fit at all. I contacted them and they told me that they were the correct ones, but in the pictures I sent them it was obvious that they were too big. Some months later. I found Pitcrew and I ordered a new pair of wind visors. When they arrived, Rene contacted me and we arranged a date and a time. I went there and they installed my wind visors in 10 min. And the price was the same as on the online store.....

Very bad experience. Bought a converter to power our automatic inflatable air mattress. It didn't work and we had to go to Biltema in Sweden. Here we bought a converter at half price and it worked. I asked if they would exchange it but it was apparently negotiable, which seemed strange as they are the only ones in Copenhagen that sell this model. A bit boring that you don't recognize your mistakes.
