Unfortunately, quite sad about the process with Claudia. Without a doubt, I had the most beautiful lashes made, with incredible durability. Therefore, it also makes me extra sad that the process afterwards is so disappointing: After my first eyelash application, I get a refill booked quite quickly, which means that I have made the booking in the system quite early after the first application, and this is clearly visible to Claudia. I am NOT told on the first application that I must book an appointment for top-up no later than 3 weeks after and I have not read clearly enough somewhere that Claudia apparently has a very specific rule that top-ups can only be done within 3 weeks with the price of NOK 550. I have not experienced this anywhere else. Whatever she herself says about this is incorrect. Because I have not been properly informed. My top-up is then booked after the deadline has been exceeded. And even though Claudia has known for a few weeks that I had this appointment (because it is in the system), she chooses to contact me right after the deadline has passed and 3 days before my next appointment, with the information that she now deletes my refill (which costs half the price of a new setup), I can also make a new appointment with full and new application of lashes and also removal. That means a price of around 14-1500 kroner.... The place for NOK 550 I certainly have lots of lashes left at this point, which I inform her about, and of course I don't want to pay for a completely new application, nor a removal, when I have lots of fine lashes left. But it doesn't matter, because the deadline has passed. I think this is really pathetic customer service and an unfortunate way to approach things. I have been so happy with my lashes and had intentions of continuing to use Claudia. But this is such a rude and dishonest way to treat your customers. - then it can be added that Claudia subsequently, when she sees my review (and before she responds to it below in a really sweet and constructive way), has sent me a private text message regarding what I write, where she writes to me that I am a lies and that I should be ashamed. Breach of GDBR and in every way just completely not legal, to exploit my contact details in that way. Stay away from this place and this cheater.
