Nykredit Herlev was the absolute worst experience I ever had with a bank. The consultants were totally irresponsible and hiding from the customers. As long as you don't need any help or service things are OK, but the moment you request something it takes for ages that someone actually solves your issue. I personally experienced that my consultant was asking her colleague to answer my call telling me that she is not at her office. This happened multiple times. Finally I called with an unknown number and there she was. After 7 years of having account in this bank I decided to change my bank. I extremely discourage you to get into Nykredit and more specifically Nykredit Herlev.
