Tried to open a bank account with, rent contract, work contract, OD1 online form completed by employer, Yellow card and my ID and the old lady refused to do it because the OD1 was not stamped... is an online form. She told me is a kind of contract and because is not stamped, I can't open a bank account. And I said, but the contract is not valid ? She say no because there is not a stamp on the OD1. The OD1 form says it clearly in brackets 'company's stamp (if applicable)' The form is signed.

I would like to give feedback about the negative experience of opening a business account in Nordea. I have a private account and my whole family with Nordea. Two months ago I opened the Aps business and asked the bank to open a business account. I was refused, referring to the fact that I have been in Denmark for less than two years and that they do not need construction companies. Well, I stopped that and opened an account at another, less convenient bank for me. Today an employee from the Hillerød branch called me and asked me to send her the company's foundation documents. I sent it and also told her that I have an account in another bank, but I still want to open an account in Nordea. She started talking nonsense about me getting money from my company and I had no right to that (even though I am a director and was paid according to the contract). Then she said she had to consult, and immediately refused. Why are you bothering me and wasting my time and yours? This situation forces me to close my family's Nordea accounts and switch to another bank. I sincerely wish that your bank employs competent people who find and do not scare away customers!

The bank's front staff were unable to help replace Dankort with creditors or help with the installation of NemID or MitID. In the end I was practically ignored and felt like an old idiot. Banks should be able to help their customers. I have been a customer of the bank for 63 years. It's probably approx. 25 percent of Denmark's population who "are in trouble" with the NemID app and MitID. The government must do something about that.

They asked for some of my information and I gave them 5 months straight without their system apparently registering it so my card got blocked so I gave them physically and was told it would take 1 to 2 business days to unlock now is almost 2 weeks have passed and I can't get in touch with hillerød at all.

Probably Denmark's most unprofessional bank, and very impersonal. Have had them as a bank for 3 years and have had a total of 13 different bank advisors in this process, called in and asked if it was normal, and complained about it, where after I got the answer that no it definitely wasn't, and now I had to their rotations be in order, 3 hours after the interview I get an SMS that I have been assigned a new adviser, totally ridiculous. Was recently going out to buy a new house and was in dialogue with nordea hillerød, had a totally nonsensical conversation with a slightly indifferent adviser who had no idea from nose to mouth what to say or do, said I had a deadline called one and a half week, but only heard from nordea hillerød when 2 weeks had passed, when I myself called and asked to speak to the boss, had in the meantime contacted the bank, and left 3 messages for the adviser to call me but nothing happened, then the boss called after 3 days and apologized, but when I said I had already received answers from 3 other banks in the meantime, the person quickly changed their tone and said that if I had changed banks the person did not want to spend more time on the matter so good luck and hung up before I finished talking. I am speechless at the treatment I have received time and time again in nordea hillerød. Can strongly advise against this bank as it is both unprofessional and impersonal.
