Strange experience Should have painted a bumper and 2/3 door due to scratches. The description was very specific, as there is a plastic panel on the door that I did not want painted. I paid full price for this round - DKK 5000 with bill. After I picked up the car, I discovered that both doors, panel and rear fender on the right side were painted ??? The quality of the work was neither good nor bad - I have seen both better and worse paint jobs. The problem is orange peel. That is micro dents in the clear lacquer, sim gives visual flicker. My problem is that he denies having painted more than agreed. He claims to have polished the other parts, believing clear paint residue on the inside of the doors and the fuel cap. Likewise, nicks on the door handle (all the way down) and a deep scratch (all the way through clear lacquer) have been mysteriously polished away. These scratches worked on themselves a week before when I was polishing various parts on the car. So where do I stand now? On one end, some small scratches have been repaired, on the other hand, I have a mediocre painting of the rear bumper and next the entire right side, and a painter who insults me by lying to my face. Therefore cannot recommend Mønsted car painting.
