Bad service and a snarling customer service employee. Been trying to order an adapter for a week now, each time I'm told the person with that area will call me later. - It just NEVER happens! And then you also have to deal with a customer service employee who snarls at you and just hangs up on you. Really poor service - What is happening to this company???

Worst imaginable service. It can't be true that you have to sit every other Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and wait to have your oxygen tank replaced. Very understanding that changes can occur on the day of delivery. But as a starting point, you should be able to get an appointment between 8-12 or 12-16. In the past I always got delivery on Fridays between 8-12 without any problems, so I don't understand. The sudden bad service. I can only use liquid, so there is no use with a concentrator for electric plugs.

You were told to call their emergency number when you were handed over the fire machine, but when you call the number you wait in line for several hours, I have personally waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes now because a problem has arisen with the fire machine

Once again, a tank truck from Linde gas has been hammered through Værebrovej in Bagsværd. Værebrovej is a 40 km/h zone, but the drivers don't care. 50 km/h on a school road means nothing to them. They could choose to drive along Ring 4, where there is 70 km/h, but a detour of 300 m is obviously too much.
