3 years ago I went for three months to train my knees, ended up not being able to walk for three months as a result. Today I went to talk about training my lower back due to discus problems and they did not want to create a training program to help with that but train arms... It doesn't help that the owner's accent is so heavy that you need for her to repeat herself - and she gets angry with that.

Nice place with pleasant people. Michael is super good at making programmes, is well prepared and really good with children/young people. Just started and looking forward to going down there.

Really nice and friendly staff, but the fitness center needs a loving hand. (Painting, repairing machines, etc.)
