We have used royal forest for post-foundation with pressed piles and excavation of the basement. Very professional company and Poul and Per who were on the construction site every day for about 3 months were friendly and welcoming. The price was also about DKK 100,000 better than the other prices we got from other companies that also specialize in retrofitting. In addition, it can be mentioned that Claus (the owner) was very accommodating in correcting deficiencies after the project was completed - Calus actually pointed them out himself (a pump fire that was too high). Many people assume that this is a matter of course, but if you have tried to be responsible for a few total renovations of a house yourself, you know that this is exactly what separates a good craftsman from a bad one. Not whether there is a minor deficiency, but whether they are subsequently rectified.

You risk having an unpleasant and extremely expensive purchased experience if you choose to use Kongeskov VVS. His advice and offers did not prove to be suitable. We got into an argument because he denied his counseling and he called me a liar.
