Very retro atmosphere. Dim lights and grumpy staff. But characteristic.

A pub as it has always been for the last 40 years 😉 despite new lamps and a bit of paint, so still without too many frills 🙂

Great place we happened to pass by. As a Jutland, you were welcomed really well.. We will come again 😁

Man man man. What was wonderful in this shop was the guttering, which was galvanized. The beer is cheaper than at home in Germany, the guests are either up to their necks, dressed up like pigs or just socially disadvantaged pensioners. Plus the jukebox. I also want to ignore the fact that the following day was a complete disaster for me

It is obviously "the place" in Hvidovre. I have been there twice. A typical brown tavern. Seen from my (immigrant) eyes, there is nothing special about it. The first time I was there, they closed less than two minutes after I had thrown money into the jukebox, before the last round had been called! As if that wasn't bad enough, it got worse after we were all kicked out! There was no help from Johnny's when, in freezing temperatures outside the bodega, I put a dead drunk Swede in a locked position on his side and called an ambulance.

Cool place if you're a rocker and the bouncer is scared of you, if not then stay away
