I have never experienced anything like this, called my doctor to renew my prescription for some pain medication. Got hold of the secretary, Maria Harms, she was not helpful with anything, after a while she hung up. She claims she said the doctor would call back!! Lie !! Absolutely cannot recommend this hospital!

Mette Møller Jørgensen is a deeply incompetent doctor who cannot figure out how to make a correct diagnosis at all! Has caught her several times in wrong assessments which have later been confirmed by other competent doctors. I am absolutely outraged! She is completely inept and should not have become a doctor at all. This is a warning to others! It is not recommended to have her as a doctor, as it can have health consequences!

The best GP clinic I have been to so far. Unfortunately, I have had to change quite a few times over the years, partly due to moving and partly because many doctors did not take me seriously, they were almost indifferent when I went there and did not listen to me. Here, for the first time, I was taken seriously and listened to, I was treated as a human being and not belittled where I constantly felt stupid. Especially Mette, who is my regular doctor, there are several nice and talented doctors at the clinic, she is just incredibly talented and kind and warm-hearted and she always listens to me, regardless of whether I come there 20 times in a row or write several times, then she takes me seriously and she always makes sure that I am safe and in good hands. She is incredibly understanding. The nurses are also always smiling and friendly, I can only recommend this clinic.

Today I spoke to a clearly irritated secretary who actually almost scolded me for contacting the clinic with a real medical need. It was very unempathetic and I would never contact their clinic again.

Very long waiting times. To the doctor - about 6 weeks. Maybe I was unlucky, but it's been like this since August (I got that doctor in August). For example I have also been waiting for an appointment for soft tests for almost 6 weeks (I am pregnant). When my results came, I just got a list from the lab with a lot of names without any explanations. You can't call the doctor either, you have to come and wait for an hour with many other sick people. It wasn't ok for me either. I cannot recommend.

Has been a patient at the clinic since they took it over and has been very satisfied. Pernille Thorsen listens, understands the situation and provides professional medical assistance.
