Had a problem with the height of a bicycle seat of which I rented from another bike shop, but that shop was closed when I tried to go fix it. I ended up going here and the owner kindly fixed the problem without any charge. 🙏

Worst bike dealer we have ever tried. First and last time we use this place. We should have fixed our cargo bike with regard to the brakes, which unfortunately had started to make noise. He had to do 2 extra laps as the brakes were not fixed correctly at all, almost made more noise after he had 'fixed' the bike. After the first bike ride after the bike mechanic had been there, the bike started making the same noise as before and even worse. We could see that the brake pads had not been changed correctly at all. We paid DKK 1500 for this. Difficult to get in touch with after we complained about faults on the bike after the first and second visit. He does not answer messages or phone calls. Very rude bike mechanic when you finally get hold of him. For the first visit we booked with this bike mechanic, he never showed up on time and when we call to find out where he is going, we are met with: I can't make it anyway. Here he also did not understand that you would normally call and inform your customers about this. We stood and waited and waited. As the bike was never fixed correctly, we demanded our money back (we also had a tire changed, which we would have liked to pay for ourselves) but the rest was not okay, and did not live up to the price at all. We were told that if he were to try to fix the bike again, we would have to pay another DKK 1500 for him to come. In addition, we were told that he thought it was normal for the brakes to start making noise and had to be changed every 14 days. We knew this was not appropriate. And these brakes made noise on the first bike ride after he had 'fixed' the bike. When we demanded our money back, he hung up! He has done this several times when we have tried to get in touch with him. So a call from here: We definitely do NOT recommend using this place. Poor quality and service. Be careful using this bike mechanic if you don't want to be cheated out of your money. This place cannot be recommended at all! Expensive and terrible service. Unfortunately. We hope others are not exposed to the same unpleasant experience of being cheated.

Lousy quality and terrible service. Have regretted buying my bike there many times, as it has broken down 12 times in one year and the owner is no one to talk to.

Worst bike mechanic ever, he had to clean my brakes but the amateur got oil all over my bike and after 20 days I have picked it up even though it is in worse condition now than when I dropped it off if you want to wreck your bike and pay for that, then there is the right place for you
