A really good chess club. My son loves being there. There are skilled and serious trainers, a pleasant atmosphere and good friends.

Harassing with e-mail and SMS, where they claim that you have unpaid bills! Even though we have called and written to them and they apologize time and time again, they just continue to send us messages. We had registered our son but when they canceled the team he never went! They clearly don't have a handle on their stuff at all.
