Fixed my bike with new tires and tubes within an hour. When I came to pick it up, other small things had also been arranged a little differently AND the bike had been polished so it looked like new! Great service.

Really bad service - where the person who serves in the store abandons his professional responsibility and does not want to correct mistakes he has made. We had a major insurance repair where the price was jacked up when they heard it was covered by insurance. They were almost impossible to get to write an invoice for the job, and wouldn't tighten the bike when it started rattling after a few days.

Really bad and unprofessional experience. My wife had paid for a service inspection, after which the chain fell off inside KBH. When a bike mechanic in there helped her with the chain, he told us that there were several parts that were not tightened and did not give much for the service inspection we paid for. The chain fell off several times afterwards and we therefore asked Gentofte Cykler if he could not fix the problem and also believed that their service inspection could not be blamed. In short, we ended up handing the bike in 5 times and the chain kept falling off. He kept saying that we could just come by again if the problem continued, as if it was no inconvenience to us that the bike was not working most of the time. We therefore went down to another bicycle smith on Gentoftegade and he solved the problem immediately, as well as tightened several things and provided an excellent service. I am a bit left with the feeling that Gentofte Cykler does not have as much experience and service level as the other bicycle smiths.

Nice and friendly service. There are no immediate 'offers'; so you don't go here for a sharp price, but good guidance - which they do well.
