Nice exercise. Everyone should try, there are programs for everyone. It's the best thing I did this year that I bought an annual pass. Yoga, Modus, etc. are absolutely wonderful and suit me at just over 70 years old.

Very bad opening times, the only gym in Sweden that maybe opens until 8:00 p.m. every day and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, you don't have time to work out if you have a normal life!!

Fantastic gym. Have everything. Very nice staff. Now also open between 05:00 and 23:00 using a key tag.
