🌀Went two times in one week, it’s THAT good. ✅Love their pasta puttanesca and pizza options (Bee Sting is my favourite so far!) ✅Ambience and furniture are very nice. ✅Staff were very nice; they are 2 gentlemen who also work the bar. I’ll definitely be back. 😊

This place is by far the most iconic place to dine in Helsingborg. Cozy with a tropical flavour. Unfortunately when we visited again this place, this June, we found out that the quality of pizzas has dropped. Small, empty, tasteless and very expensive in comparison with the ones that we were enjoying last year. Such a pity for this gem.

First of all it is important to note that the majority of ratings refer to the previous ownership(s) under the name “Barfota” I just managed in September this year to go to the the newly branded place Fria Bad & Bar. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was for me a mixed plate. The starter beef tartar was killed with some kind of spicy mayonnaise. Why? Good quality Tatar doesn’t need any kind of sauce. Nothing wrong with adaptations but this one just killed any form of flavour that the meat might have had. The main was a beef filet with pepper sauce that was ordered medium. The meat was extremely tender and through that managed to cover for the almost well done steak. However, the pepper sauce was nice, the meat good, so the medium well done steak was ok. The chips on the side were underwhelming, I would almost call them old, dry, close to being not edible. Overall it’s a nice location that offers in summer stunning views across the Öresund. Drinks are good and food seems to be a mixed bag. At the price points offered I think a mediocre experience is not acceptable hence the two stars only.

Very nice setting, right on the beach! A short but tasty menu-- we had the mussel dish and the baked fish. Both were very good, and I especially liked the potatoes and asparagus. They played cool but subdued music, and it wasn't too loud to have conversation.
