Didn't bring the agreed items and couldn't get them until the next day. The next day she had forgotten half the things. Which brought a lot of stress to our party. Was also very rude and indifferent even though it was clearly her who had made a mistake. If you are going to hold a party where it is actually important to you that you get what you have ordered, find another company.

We have just used Frederiksværk Serviceudlejning in relation to with our wedding. We had rented chairs, cutlery and a slushie machine for our big day and Tina had confirmed that she would deliver it all day before our wedding. Unfortunately, Tina arrived too late compared to what we had agreed. Unfortunately, she didn't have all the cutlery with her - but who needs spoons for an ice cream dessert? In addition, she did not have the slush ice machine with her, as it had been rented out to another customer. She just forgot to tell us that. When we asked if it was not possible for her to get another/new one for us, now that she had confirmed our delivery, she replied arrogantly that we had only paid for one day. Yes, okay, but that was not what we had agreed with her. Well, Tina wanted to bring the slush ice machine and spoons while we were getting married in the church. It was all right, we just have to put the spoons on the table and turn on the slush ICE machine when we arrive at our party. Unfortunately, Tina had just forgotten the spoons - again. Too bad and really bad service. Fortunately, she had managed to remember the chairs we were supposed to sit on. Tina appears arrogant and indifferent to her customers, as long as money comes into the coffers. Find another place to rent your things if you actually need the things you order.

In the middle of corona, we had to change the date. No problem. They came 2 days before the party and set up the tent and laid the floor and floor. Chairs etc. So we had time to decorate the tables and tent. We had forgotten to order coffee cups. They just came up with that the next day. No problem. They came and took down the tent 2 days after the party, so we didn't have to rush to pack up. And all at a fair price. Much cheaper than what I had otherwise found. ...And by the way, a really good tent.👍 Overall a good experience.
