Nice staff. Booking service was a breeze. One star missing because a M240i had its alarm set to On. Which I of course triggered by sticking my arm in through the open driver side window! All visitors became deaf instantly. 😃

Don't expect any useful help when they sell you a car whose locking wheel nuts subsequently prove impossible to remove. The job title "Service Advisor" is not fit for purpose. The mechanic at the Euromaster tyre depot had far better customer service skills.

Warning! ‼️ For 4 months my car has been at their Damage Repair Workshop and it is still not ready. 2023-10-26 the insurance company approved to repair it, today is 2024-02-15. They have repeatedly lied about starting with the car, which they finally admitted was a lie. The story is so long that I cannot describe it. Now it has taken about 1 month to get a wheel setting right. Really warn you DO NOT repair the car here!!

Many thanks to the technician who helped me with my tailgate that got locked when the handle of my bag got stuck in the lock. So professional and so nice and he really saved my day. Unfortunately don't know his name but want to tell you, watch out for this guy, he's worth his weight in gold.
