Lars' electrician showed up and realized that there was nothing he could do to help at that time. He told us he would not charge us. Then, many months later, his boss (Lars) decided to bill us 700 kroner for travel time and an hour's work. We explained the situation to him but he still insists on being paid. I've rarely met a businessman so much more interested in 700 kroner over his reputation.

If you could put minus stars I would do it. My son was promised an internship with this electrician, months before it was to be he was happy, loves being an electrician, goes to school and has finished the basic course with a plus and so on. What happens the day before the young man was supposed to do an internship, the secretary calls and cancels??? WHAT... he couldn't manage to find a seat as it was Thursday or he should have been there on Monday. DON'T USE HIM HE BURNS one off... Didn't even have Nosser to call himself??? Really want to report him to the electricity organization.

After a visit by an electrician (Friday 1 September) who could not solve the task and message if they want to contact me. But 4 days later not done yet, have to call them myself, even though they were ordered by my housing company Boliggården. Will not arrive until September 12. Can't recommend them with such a bad customer base (unfortunately) and a real shame as it's a local company.
