We had an extra plug set up so that (grandmother) could charge our little electric car. At the same time, it got its own group on the board. The journeyman marked it up nicely on the group and generally did a fine job. Could be more communicative though. At the same time, the journeyman also had to drive for materials for the socket - we subsequently pointed out that this was not something we should be punished for - it is a standard item after all. It was changed without any problems on the bill. Thumbs up from here!

I have now used EgedalEL several times during 2019-2020 for a good mix of different things. Installation of a ceiling hood, full change to a modern electrical panel and an urgent task with a ground spike. And I have practically only good things to say. The work is spot on every time. The mood is high, they came on time and quickly every time. And you are spoken to nicely by both the owner and the craftsmen when you talk to them about any misunderstandings or the like. Something I haven't experienced much of in others. So can highly recommend using EgedalEl.

You can't put a finger on the work, but compliance with agreements and subsequent incorrect invoicing, as well as a lack of response to objections about this, has just been a bad experience. Admittedly, private smaller jobs are probably a low priority, but then you'd better say absolutely no to smaller jobs for private individuals.

Made an appointment with them on Tuesday when they didn't come. I called and asked where they went, where they apologized a lot and said they could come on Thursday. On Thursday they didn't show up either. So calling them was a fair waste of time. How difficult can it be to cancel if you can't come anyway!? Definitely not recommended!
