We had some issues with DHL and we ended up at the airport office of Kopenhagen. Kristina welcomed us and she truly was our savior. She solved our situation and helped us a lot. All the team we met was amazing and we are really happy. Kristina is extremely professional and a truly kind person. Thank you so much and everyone else in the office.

Hi, I had one of the worst experience with DHL express Denmark. I applied for UK visa and as part of visa process, i applied for priority service. Priority service helps applicant to get visa stamped in the passport within 5-7 working days. As for UK visa, the process is to submit your biometrics at TLS contact in Copenhagen together with your passport and wait for 5-7 working days for the visa to be stamped in the passport. TLS uses DHL express as the courier service to deliver passport to applicants. I received message from TLS saying that i will receive my passport in coming day (Wednesday), since i was not in Copenhagen i had to change the delivery date to the very next day. Then the next day (Thursday), i did work from home waiting for the passport. I was tracking the status of my passport and i could find that it was not out for delivery. I called customer service and enquired about my passport and they mentioned since the DHL van was full, their employee couldn't take it (which i found to be a lame reason). My travel to UK was on coming Monday. So this customer service lady scheduled a delivery for Friday and i agreed. Again the next day there was no response, i checked the status and it was not out for delivery. I called them again in the afternoon and enquired. At first, they said the DHL van still don't have my passport, they are planning to deliver it on Monday. I said i am travelling to UK coming Monday and i want it to be delivered it on Friday and i was ready to collect it from DHL express Copenhagen office. Hearing that, customer service team enquired with the DHL express office team and checked if i am able to collect my passport on Friday. Later they realized someone has misplaced my passport and they couldn't find it. They called me again and said that they don't even know where it is and they gonna handover the case to security team of DHL express where they check the camera for misplacement. This was the worst experience where DHL being so irresponsible about their work. They called me and said that DHL security team will take up the case and check the camera and will call me either Friday evening or Saturday or Sunday as they are working in the weekends. I waited for 1 day for the security team to call me. there was no response. DHL express didn't gave me any contact information about security team to know the status of my passport. On Sunday i decided to go to DHL express office near Copenhagen airport and i went there talked to security guy called John and enquired about my passport. He mentioned he couldn't find it. He took my phone number and i left the place hoping that he will find it within next day (Monday). After 2 hours he called me saying that, he found my passport and i can collect it from the DHL express office. It was actually the security team who helped me to find my passport where rest of the DHL team being so irresponsible about their work.

Out standing service - our papers were not ok - we had problems with our import license - and we had a flight our of DK the following morning. Still the staff helped us getting through to relevant peoole who could help us out. We managed to get our delievery in 4 hrs - this would take weeks here in Lisbon where we live..
