Unprofessional experience to say the least and incredibly low level of service. Call VW Glostrup and make an appointment with their claims centre. I show up on time and am then told the claim center is somewhere else? Okay, everyone can make mistakes. Driving out to VW's claims center. Smiles and is welcoming despite having spent 40 minutes driving around to different destinations. The claims center then tells me that there is no loaner car available or not ordered? Off off. Regrettably, that is the only thing that is passed on. A new agreement is made. The week after the new agreement. At 7.30. I stand as the first and wait anxiously. Now they can't find my order number or the loaner car. Now I don't smile anymore. I drive from there at 8.00 even though I was the first customer of the day with a loaner car. 30 min VW? Wow!! The loan car was probably taken from another customer and this customer will probably experience the same as me. Sad. Now I'm smiling again, but GOODBYE to VW Glostrup / damage center and HELLO to VW Amager again. They get it! Good day.

My car was damaged in this Autohus and it went exactly according to plan. Got a loaner car during the days I had to wait for my own car. So no problems there.

Should have had a new windscreen in the car and delivered the car as agreed. They then call at 15.30 and says that they haven't got the windscreen home and that I can pick up the car - oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
