I recently purchased a Gazelle Bike for my wife from Aref at Cykelstyrken Holbæk. We reside in Kobenhavn Kommune and Aref offered us free delivery option. Aref was very Professional and polite. He was quick to respond to every call of mine whether it’s about the bike update from Gazelle or about accessories etc. The buying experience was truly exceptional. And finally when our Gazelle bike got delivered by Jetpak, the delivery experience was even better. The packaging was superb. I would like to recommend this store and the owners - Aref and his Brother who delivered the Best Customer service.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Really bad treatment by the owner of the business. I should have changed some things on my cargo bike, an employee says it will be a maximum of DKK 500. When I come and want to pick it up, it is DKK 800. They have not informed me of the price difference even though I stated my number. When I come to pick it up, the owner is really rude and unpleasant, won't let me speak, interrupts if I say the slightest thing, talks condescendingly and gets aggressive. And even charge MORE than I had to pay, only discover it when I've driven away. He himself says that it is the employee who has made a mistake, but insists that I must pay NOK 800. You lost a customer who came to you often. Too bad you treat your customers like that, a really condescending unpleasant man who owns this business, he should get a course in customer service at the very least. Recommend you in no way 👎🏻

Super fantastic service in every way. Got a super good bike, with a service agreement, and on top of that they snapped up an old children's bike I had lying around for a nice price.

Conveniently located right next to the station, so I can take my bike on the train when it needs help. The staff are friendly and helpful, and very service minded. Flexibility and really good prices for repairs too. I bought a new bike here and received only the best and personal treatment. I can easily recommend Holbæk Stationscykler!
