Extremely rude person. My bike chain fell out in the morning rush hour, after a few fail attempts to put it back myself, I saw this bike shop right cross the street. I walked in, and the guy literally said “if you want me to fix it, leave it here and come tomorrow, otherwise GO OUT and don’t block my door.” I ended up putting the chain back in front of his door, biked to another shop who changed a new chain and break for me in 20 mins.

This place does not even deserve the one sad star which I had to give... Copenhagen is a city with many great bike shops, avoid this one at all cost. The guys do not even know how to fix a puncture, let alone put on a new wheel. We changed both our tires on a cargo bike - two days later one of tires had lost most of its spools (they just fell off) and the whole bike collapsed. A horrible & dangerous experience...

Overcharges. Poor service. Check prices before you buy anything from Christianshavn's bicycles. Broke my saddle and urgently needed a new one. Paid DKK 200 more for a Brooks saddle than it costs at all other bike shops.

Unbelievably bad service, completely incompetent to repair anything about a bike. Hustle and do everything to get as much money out of someone as possible. Stay away from the place!
