Really rude and abusive doctor. Waited almost 2 months for the time and when I get there she stresses me out, interrupts, doesn't listen. Not getting the help I need. Couldn't speak Swedish very well either, which I think is important when working with people.

Unfriendly nurse who answers the phone and refuses to listen to the patient. Ignores me and jumps at me with personal accusations (very unprofessional). Hope the operations manager reads this and is ashamed of hiring people who don't even want to be helpful.

Visited Vikens Vårdcentral (branch of Centrumläkarna Helsingborg) today. An entirely positive experience. Nice reception and an absolutely AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE doctor, with a HOLISTIC perspective and who took the time to explain and clarify. I am impressed! Swedish care at its very best!
