I have been a patient at Centrumlægerne for over 35 years. I have always been satisfied with my regular doctor and when she retired, I got another doctor who I am really happy with. I have never felt rushed by my regular doctors. However, I have not always had the best experience with the doctors at an emergency time. The meeting with the reception/waiting time on the phone was under all criticism. BUT....something has happened! You are now greeted with a smile on the phone, by nurses and at reception when you arrive. I have visited some other doctors at emergency times and now it is a good experience. At first I thought they must have had substitutes in - but it is their permanent staff. So now reception on the phone and at the reception doesn't feel like you're a burden....keep it up, because it's a great feeling to be received that way☺️
