To say the least, a lousy collective agreement with low pay and poor working conditions. In return, I have now more than once seen BUPL handle difficult personnel matters in a truly professional manner. This is truly a union that stands up and fights tooth and nail for the individual member. It gives a nice feeling in the stomach out in the "field"
