Buccan was a last minute choice when we were visiting malmo and we lucked out getting a table. Wow! What a treat. Every dish was absolutely delicious. Balanced, interesting, complex flavors (without being too stuffy about it), perfectly seasoned. Service was lovely, friendly, warm, welcoming. Wine was nice. One of our surprising delights of the trip!

The food was very good and it was an exciting experience for the palette. Excited to see if the next visit will be as thrilling in flavours. I love that the menu keeps changing which indicates making use of seasonable products. Definitely worth a visit.

Wow! This is the most genuine and heartfelt food in all of Malmö. Quality rivals the very best in a homely atmosphere with down to earth service. And prices too modest to even mention. This should be everyone's first choice when looking for a great dinner. We will be back very soon!

Best food I've had in long time. Excellent food, wine pairings and service. Came with no booking on Sat. night but got some drop-in seats by the bar (with a nice preview from kitchen prep). Highly recommended visit!

This is just an amazing hidden gem in Malmö!! This location has been many different restaurants, but this is my favorite so far! We got the sharing menu and the quality was truly amazing! The service was great, good recommendations, and they accommodated the sharing menu to our dietary restrictions! If you stay at Malmö live or other hotels nearby, you can skip the [overpriced] skybar restaurant at Malmö live and come directly here for a wonderful time!

I went with my girlfriend here for her birthday. It was honestly fantastic from start to finish. Our server was a breath of fresh air, lovely and informative and attentive, and the food and wine was delicious. We opted for the chef's choice of a Sharing Menu for 2. Every plate was so thoughtfully constructed both as a standalone dish and in combination with the previous and subsequent dishes. We had a word with the chef afterwards and thanked him as well. Absolutely brilliant place. Highly recommended!

A great new restaurant in Malmö. Fun flavour combinations and we'll executed. Attentive service and a decent wine list. My only gripe is that the sharing menu is a tad overpriced.
