Went here for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was quite good, the portion size was quite small though and I left a bit hungrier than I would have liked. The breakfast was really good, but I would have liked a bit more variety.

Carl is on point! Simple and understandable cooking with an excellent choice of beverages. Service is impeccable and the setting is modern, stylish and with an ambience suited to the hotel placement. Carl isn't trying to reinvent anything, but be absolutely sure that what's on the plate is exactly the way that it's supposed to be. From a in season menu to perfectly prepared produce the food is just what you crave after a day at the spa or a break from standing over the stove. A bit pricey but that comes along with the territory of a hotel restaurant. That said the set menu offers varitity at a reasonable price.

Dinner: Caesar salad should be called "Salad with chicken", since it has nothing in common with the classic Caesar. Apple pie was more like a carton with vanilla and apples... Sometimes the simpler the better. Breakfast was very good, organic fresh food, salmon was outstanding and great variety of dishes.
