three visits to Bike & Co so far, and each time has been a five-star experience. A quick 10 minute rep was fixed without charge. A bigger rep. was done as well and cheaply as possible, and at the same time was informed that it was probably soon time to fix something more, but that could wait. If only car dealers were as honest :)

I had just bought a new MTB, SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unfortunately, it broke on a Friday afternoon after the 4th trip. I called Bike & Co. and explained my problem (since the people I had bought it from couldn't help until Monday...), and that I was going on a cycling holiday on Sunday. They took it in, but didn't promise me that they could fix it (the hub in the rear wheel had become defective), but they would try, it depended on whether they had the necessary spare parts. I was happy, because I received an SMS on Saturday morning that my MTB was ready for collection :-) So now they have a new customer :-) Super service and super nice people :-)
