All the girls who are left from the old Berga medical center are phenomenal, responsive, professional! When my doctor Hans Christian quit, to my great sadness, there was chaos with different doctors, no one knew my history, I probably had 8 different doctors in one year, and I had to bang my fist on the table! But especially ssk Anette, my rock, who has been with me all the way, and my new doctor Sviatlana, who got a handle on my situation, but all girls in general, are worth their weight in gold, always do their best with a smile and they are such a security for me! For a while it was because the chicks were still there, despite the obvious chaos, which made me stay! Not a bad look, you never complained, although you understood what was going on behind the scenes! You deserve a real pay rise! Hugs to all of you! You are irreplaceable! Hope your manager understands how good "floor staff" she has! In everything from the reception right through to the sampling and in between! With all love /Jessica

Berga medical center was once good. Feels like they've lost it completely. Maybe it's the same everywhere in the country? For the first time in the morning but still have to wait 20 minutes. Can't get appointments and the treatment is "sparing"

Does not contact the patient when rebooking, instead they let one come here according to the regular time unnecessarily. Have no respect for the patient's time at all and believe that they have more important things to do than to inform patients that their appointment has been rescheduled. The same staff still seem to have a lot of time to spare when you sit and wait...

This is a new care center for me as I moved to Helsingborg from another place. I was very pleasantly surprised! I quickly got an appointment the same day and once there I immediately felt great confidence. The staff were pleasant and calm. The doctor very responsive and committed - took his time and was very thorough. No stress whatsoever but the doctor gave me the time I needed. Really like it! I will be more than happy to come here again when needed.

On July 1 at 2:20 p.m., I was in a conversation with a terribly unpleasant woman (writes out the date and time so that staff working at Bergakliniken can check who this unpleasant woman is) who questioned me as a patient. I called and asked for a phone appointment with my doctor to be able to proceed with my stomach examination. In response from the woman on the phone, I get that it is not urgent and that the doctor will call me when she gets the test results. I reply that there are other things I want to discuss with the doctor, but the woman on the phone refuses to make an appointment for me. The woman then starts raising her voice at me and replies that my case is not urgent and that there are other patients who are far worse than me, who have cancer and heart disease. How does she know how I feel? As far as I know, you identify yourself by entering your social security number, i.e., the conversation is about ME and not someone else. Just as I was about to ask her name, she hung up. Is it professional behavior when you work in healthcare where you have to help people? I felt offended and humiliated by this woman and sincerely hope that she changes jobs where personal contact with people does not exist.
