Very bad. My skin is completely inflamed. have paid DKK 295 for 1 minute! They said it doesn't hurt. Wrong advice. Also asked about hair removal! here they offer but not when yes asked! Can't recommend it at all!

You have to learn all your life - and today I learned that gift cards can have an expiry date, even if it is not stated on the gift card! After I have had beautiful nails done at Beauty House, I will pay with a gift card. It turns out that the gift card is only valid for 3 years - and it is precisely 3 years and 2 months old. Can you make an exception - we are talking about 2 months? "No, the IT system cannot handle that", I am told. The question is, how was I supposed to know as a consumer that there was an expiry date when it is not stated on the gift card? It turns out that it is on Beauty House's home page, so all in all, Beauty House is within its rights to reject the gift card. You can then discuss whether it's good customer service - after all, they've just got the DKK 700 in the box - and we're talking about 2 months! For me, the joy of my visit to Beauty House took a small sliver, as I stand back and am quite sorry that I have lost DKK 700, even though it is my "own fault". Now I have learned it, but maybe others can end up in the same problem, and my request to Beauty House is therefore that they write the expiry date clearly on the gift cards they issue, it will be good customer service and make it easier to be a consumer.

Got a hollywood deluxe treatment, it was also a nice and very pleasant experience. Good conversation about what was going to happen along the way, I felt in safe hands and am very happy with the result. Will definitely come again. Gets my best recommendations.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

This is balm for the soul! Camilla and her team of skilled therapists are worth every penny. It is a lovely, quiet and relaxing environment. My warmest recommendation! But be careful! You become deeply addicted, and it can be difficult to choose between the many delicious treatments 😊
