Thanks to Baisikeli we had an amazing day cycling around in Copenhagen. We rented the Christiania bike, put our dogs in there and had loads of fun. The bike was in very good condition and customer service was just perfect. Thank you!

Truly a very bad experience. At the end of May 2023 we booked and paid in advance for two bicycles. We showed up at the shop about 5 (only 5!!!!) minutes late, it can happen that you make a wrong turn in a city you don't know, with two children. Once we arrived the shop was closed, we tried calling and no one answered. After several emails and other phone calls someone finally responded but we had already left and despite having asked several times we were not refunded the amount paid, for a service we never used.

Here in Copenhagen, the best way to see everything is with a BIKE!! I’ve come to this shop originally because of the price. Then I come to realize how good the service is with staff PER and how well kept is every bike here! This is a must-try budget rental shop in Copenhagen!

I did not receive good service from Baisikeli. I emailed ahead of our arrival in Copenhagen to book 4 bikes, and received a polite email back from the owner indicating that they would be available for us. However, upon arriving, the man behind the counter had no awareness of our booking and told me the bikes were not available. I had to show him the email correspondence to get him to rent us the bikes. Upon renting the bikes, he was unfriendly and rushed us out of the shop, so I didn't realize until we were about 1 km away that the bell on my bike was not working, which is significant on the crowded bike paths in Copenhagen. I emailed the owner about this but received no response.

Fast, friendly, informative staff. We loved our time in Copenhagen on the Christiania cargo bike from Baisikeli. The bike was in excellent condition and perfect for shuttling our daughter around.

We rented a normal bike and a Christiania bike for the day and had a great experience cycling round Copenhagen. Using the cargo bike for the kids made it so much easier to take in the city and I'd definitely recommend hiring bikes from here to others. The only thing stopping me giving this 5 stars is that there only appeared to be one (very hard working!) member of staff on duty on a busy Saturday morning which meant that the service was a bit slow (not his fault!) getting us set up.
