Stood with a slightly semi-acute problem in relation to drain placement in relation to setting up a new kitchen. Called NC VVS and was visited within an hour by a fitter who quickly solved the problem so we could get on with the kitchen. Really fast, good and friendly service from both secretary and fitter...good style and super service! THANKS :-)

Very friendly staff who came out over two rounds in December. A bit of trouble with the agreed time, but we quickly found a solution to that and it all works as it should!

I was initially referred by one of the plumbing company's business partners, whose trust was betrayed when I was not contacted for an offer. At our own request, we agreed on a meeting time which was not kept. More than an hour late I got a call saying they were late. A craftsman who can't keep time and doesn't immediately call and inform about the delay probably can't keep other appointments, which is why I stopped the further process
