I have given 5 stars as a result of a fantastic trip to St. Petersburg 5 years ago. I had my mother with me so alone, the fact that there was a skilled Danish-speaking tour guide with me on the whole trip was a big plus as it meant that I didn't have to constantly interpret simultaneously from e.g. English to Danish. And the system with the wireless headphones gave us all the freedom to walk around more or less independently and take a closer look at objects, instead of being gathered in a clump around the tour guide so as not to miss anything.
