As executor, Birgitte and her secretary have handled my mother's estate professionally, with both empathy and poise - when the latter was required. Could wish for better ongoing transparency in relation to the hourly calculation, which, however - in my estimation - was reasonable in relation to the overall estate processing.

I have no praise for the estate handling that the law firm Harring-Lund has carried out. Unprofessional handling in our view. When we had a meeting with the lawyer, she said that an accountant was needed because tax had to be paid on the shares that our father had, my sister and I got an estate assessment in Aug. As nowhere fit, came to pay 215,000 more in taxes, as I see it, they have not done their job well enough, in addition to that they have paid well for the things, 2500 kr for a lawyer hour and 1250 per hour for a secretary. The case costs have cost us approx. DKK 1,000,000. When the case dragged on, they took money for their work which they had not carried out correctly in the first place. The outcome purely in terms of inheritance will be the same in terms of payment. But it is their work that we are in no way satisfied with.

In connection with inheritance matters, I think the lawyer had a lack of understanding of the conflicts that occur between heirs. Had no weight and didn't cut through when needed. The following reviews seem to be commissioned work after the lawyer had asked me by phone to remove my review of her acting in the estate of our mother. It is clear to see who benefited from the lawyer's executor function.
