Excellent customer service. They squeezed me in very last minute for a wheel swap, were very friendly and communicative and did it very fast. I have nothing to say about prices though since my insurance takes care of the payment.

Had a small inspection done, incl. wheel change and storage of wheels for 6 months, it cost in total incl. VAT DKK 5941.70, i.e. the inspection itself without wheel change and wheel storage cost a total of 5179.20, when I told the workshop that I thought it was far too expensive, the boss could see that it was over the top and gave me a credit note for DKK 1200. I have learned that it is enough is a good idea to get offers for inspections at different workshops, I just thought that I had finally found a good workshop and that I could count on getting a good and fair service.
